We are in Freshwater, on the Northern Beaches — ten streets from Balgowlah and about twenty from Manly, which is how most people place it. Queenscliff is on one side and Curl Curl on the other.
Getting here is straightforward from most of the Northern Beaches and slower from anywhere across the Spit, which is worth factoring in if you are booking around work. Street parking is generally findable outside the summer weekends. Buses run along the main roads from Manly and from Dee Why.
What the appointments look like. An hour for a first visit, about forty-five minutes after that. Questions, pulse and tongue, then needling with you lying down under a blanket for twenty to thirty minutes, often with heat. Late appointments exist because the people who most need them are the ones who cannot get anywhere before six.
The suburb decides a lot of the caseload: surfers\u{2019} shoulders and necks, swimmers from the ocean pool, runners and walkers off the coast walk, and the calves and knees that come with a hill behind a beach.
If Freshwater is the wrong side of the bridge for you, the nearest related rooms are in Lane Cove, about fourteen kilometres away at 2 Austin Street, opposite the Lane Cove Library. Balgowlah, Queenscliff, Curl Curl, North Manly and Manly itself are all within a few minutes of here, which covers most of the people who ask.
Bring any imaging reports or specialist letters, a written list of everything you take including supplements, and cycle dates where a cycle is relevant. It is the difference between an hour spent assessing and an hour spent remembering.
